Paying for your Famiily Shop order

The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout. Choose one of the options displayed for your order and review the final total before confirming payment.

Before you pay

• Review your selected size, pack, delivery option and personalization details.
• Check your email, delivery address and the final order total, including any shipping charges and taxes shown at checkout.
• Enter payment details only in the checkout or the payment provider's payment form. If you choose a payment provider that redirects you to its website, follow the instructions shown there.

If a payment does not go through

Check the details entered and any message displayed by your payment provider. If you are unsure whether your order was placed, check for an order confirmation before trying again, or contact Famiily Shop for help.

Keep your payment details private

Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, payment passwords or one-time verification codes by email or through our contact form. Read our Privacy Policy for information about personal data.
