About Famiily Shop

Christmas gifts with your story at the heart

At Famiily Shop, a familiar face can turn a little gift into something worth keeping. Our focus is personalized Christmas keepsakes: photo ornaments for the tree, Advent calendars for the countdown, and photo pillows for a cozier home.

Choose it for someone you know

Start with the person you are celebrating—Mom, Dad, grandparents, a partner, a friend, or a pet-loving family member. Choose a design, then follow the personalization options on its product page.

Your details make the difference

Every design has its own choices. Check the size, package, names and photo requirements before ordering. We explain available options on the product page and show your selections in the cart so you can review them.

Clear expectations, real support

Production takes an estimated 2–5 business days, followed by 3–8 business days for shipping. You can request cancellation within 24 hours of ordering, and report a defective, damaged or incorrect item within 7 days of delivery. Read the full Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
